Yes, we are strictly by appointment only. Please book your try-on session through our Booking Page or send us a DM on Instagram. This allows us to provide a personalised one-on-one experience in our Perth Hills studio.

What are the hire options?
Photoshoot hire - brides often book this option for pre wedding or post wedding photography at our beautiful eight acre location
Wedding Hire - brides hire gowns off site for a 2 week period

How far in advance should I book my dress fitting?
We recommend booking your bridal dress hire appointment several months before your wedding date to secure your preferred gown and size. Early bookings ensure more availability and less stress as your day approaches.
What are standard alterations and select customisations?
We believe your gown should feel flawlessly tailored to you. As part of our elevated service, we include complimentary refinements to straps and skirt length, ensuring your dress fits perfectly and elegantly for your unforgettable day.
Standard alterations are alterations to straps and skirt length are standard and are included in the hire price.
Select customisations are minor custom alteration requests taking under 1 hour of dress making time to create and are included free of charge as part of our elevated service.
Why are your gowns more affordable than other bridal boutiques?
At WITHIN REACH for Brides, we operate as a small home-based bridal boutique in the Perth Hills, which means lower overhead costs. This allows us to offer affordable designer wedding dress hire without compromising on quality or service.
Is dry cleaning included?
Yes. Dry cleaning is included in the hire price of the gown. We treat your luxury hire gown with the highest standard of professional dry cleaning, before it reaches you and after your special day, maintaining the dresses pristine quality, delicate fabrics and exquisite details for a truly worry free experience.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Gowns can be paid in monthly instalments leading up to your wedding date. Gowns are only available for collection once they have been paid in full (including bond for hire gowns)
Do you take a Bond for hire gowns?
Yes. The bond will vary dependent on the price of the gown. If the gown is damaged, the bond refunded will be reduced to reflect extent of damage and costs to rectify

- A bond is a refundable deposit paid when you hire your wedding gown
- it secures your booking and ensures we can prepare your dress for your special day

- Peace of mind: your dress is reserved and ready for your big day
- Security: protects both you and the boutique in case of damage and late returns
- Low commitment: Renting a gown is more affordable than buying, and the bond is fully refundable
When will my wedding gown be ready for collection?
Your bridal gown will be available for collection once full payment and the bond for hire gowns have been received. We’ll confirm your collection date and ensure your dress is perfectly prepared for your big day.
How should I care for the dress during my event?
Please avoid using body makeup, fake tan, lash glue, or nail polish directly on the gown to prevent staining. We recommend having your bridesmaids assist with the train during photos and consider wearing a separate reception dress to protect your hire gown.
What if my gown is accidentally stained or damaged?
We understand accidents happen. If your dress is returned with damage or stains, part or all of your bond may be retained to cover cleaning or repair costs, depending on the severity.
What happens if I return the dress late?
Late returns incur late fees, which will be deducted from your bond. Please let us know in advance if there are unforeseen delays, we always aim to be understanding where possible.
When should I return my gown after the wedding?
Our standard rental period is two weeks, giving you time for your wedding day and photos. However, we understand every celebration is different, if you need a shorter or longer hire, we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
How do I return the gown?
Gowns must be returned in person at a date and time agreed upon at the time of hire. This ensures a smooth return process and allows us to inspect and prepare gowns for the next bride.
Can I cancel my gown hire?
Yes, cancellations are accepted. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable. If your circumstances change, contact us as early as possible, we’ll do our best to assist you.
